1. Are: prices, present on the web-site, included of VAT?
   Of course: all prices, present on the web-site are already VAT-included.

2. If I cannot carry out the order for problems concerning web-connection or the server how: can I order?
   If you wish to carry out an order, but you find some difficulties in the despatch of the same for
   connection or server problems, you can however order all that you wish.
   Send us an e-mail to the address info@biliardoshop.com with the indication of the articles
   you wish to buy (codes, size, quantities, preferred way of payment, delivery address, phone
   number), we will forward the order and give you confirmation by e-mail, or you may contact the
   number +39035214288 and by asking for Silvia: you may carry out a phone-order.

3. Can we cancel an effected order?

   Of course, if effected in reasonable time limits.
   It is enough to get in touch rapidly with our management to the number 035214288.

4. What doing at the receipt of the ordered goods?
   When the forwarder will carry out the delivery you may verify:

A) That the parcel is whole, not damaged nor wet  and however in compliance with the standard
   features of a parcel;

B) That the number of parcels (number of parcels) indicated on the transport documents
   corresponds to the number of parcels, effectively delivered;


ATTENTION: Possible claims must be immediately  directed to the forwarder; without these: the product  is considered to be delivered correctly; all the documents, contained in the suitable compartment, applied outside the parcel must be kept.
 
5. What happens if the ordered  product is sold out?

   If for extraordinary reasons, at the moment of the receipt of the order, one or more articles
   are not available, Biliardoshop will have to get in touch immediately with the customer
   by phone, by forming him on the possible waiting times to find the wished article and/or
   will propose to the customer: articles that are equivalent to the ones, ordered.
