4. Returning the goods

After notifying withdrawal, you must return the goods within 14 days from the date you notified us.

5. Return shipping costs

As a rule, the consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the trader agrees to bear it or failed to inform the consumer that such cost is borne by the consumer.

6. Refunds

We refund all payments received, including (where applicable) standard delivery costs, within 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal decision.

We are not required to reimburse supplementary delivery costs if you expressly chose a delivery option other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer.
Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed and provided you do not incur fees.
Unless we offered to collect the goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back (whichever is earliest).

7. Condition of the goods and diminished value

The consumer is liable only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

8. Exceptions

EU law provides exceptions where the right of withdrawal does not apply, including (by way of example):

• goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised;
• goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
• sealed goods not suitable for return for health/hygiene reasons once unsealed (where applicable);
