6. Delivery Countries and Shipping Information
6.1 We sell and deliver to customers in the European Union, United Kingdom, United States, Canada and other countries where delivery is available at checkout or agreed by us.
6.2 Delivery availability may depend on the product type, size, weight, destination country, courier restrictions, customs rules or manufacturer limitations.
6.3 Customers requiring delivery in Italy should place their order through www.biliardoshop.com.
6.4 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where delivery to the requested country, region or address is not available or is not commercially reasonable.
6.5 Delivery countries, delivery estimates, shipping methods, shipping costs, minimum order values, customs information and special delivery conditions are explained in our Shipping & Delivery Information page.
7. Delivery
7.1 Delivery times shown on the website are estimates.
7.2 For products in stock, delivery is normally made within 2 to 4 business days after order acceptance, depending on the delivery country, courier service and customs procedures.
7.3 Longer delivery times may apply for:
- custom-made products;
- personalised products;
- products modified on request;
- special-order products;
- bulky products;
- products temporarily out of stock;
- international shipments subject to customs clearance.
7.4 Deliveries are normally made by courier or postal service from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
7.5 Unless otherwise agreed, we will deliver the goods within the delivery period indicated during checkout or, in any case, within the maximum period required by applicable consumer law.
7.6 You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for ensuring that someone is available to receive the goods where signature or personal delivery is required.
7.7 If delivery fails due to incorrect information provided by you, refusal of delivery, absence at the delivery address, or failure to collect the parcel from the courier or collection point, we may charge you the reasonable additional costs incurred for storage, return or redelivery.
7.8 If delivery involves unusually high shipping costs, remote areas, bulky products or special handling requirements, we may contact you before accepting the order to agree any additional delivery charges. You may refuse those additional charges and cancel the order.
8. Passing of Risk and Ownership
8.1 For consumer customers, the risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, physically receive the goods.
8.2 If you arrange your own carrier and that carrier was not offered by us as a delivery option, the risk may pass to you when the goods are handed over to your chosen carrier, subject to applicable law.
8.3 Ownership of the goods passes to you only when we have received full payment of all amounts due and the goods have been delivered to you.
9. Checking the Goods on Delivery
9.1 When the goods are delivered, we recommend that you check the package externally before accepting it.
9.2 If the package is visibly damaged, opened, wet, crushed or otherwise compromised, you should, where possible:
- accept the delivery “with reservation” and specify the damage on the courier’s delivery document; or
- refuse the delivery if the damage appears serious.
9.3 You should inform us as soon as possible if the goods are missing, damaged or different from what you ordered.
9.4 Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights as a consumer, including your legal guarantee rights.
10. Right of Withdrawal for Consumer Customers
10.1 If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days.
10.2 The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, physically receive the goods.
10.3 In the case of multiple goods ordered in one order and delivered separately, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you receive the last item.
10.4 To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by a clear statement sent before the withdrawal period expires.
10.5 Detailed information about how to exercise the right of withdrawal is available in our Right of Withdrawal page.
10.6 A standard withdrawal form is available in our Withdrawal Form page. You may use the form, but it is not mandatory.
10.7 The right of withdrawal applies only to consumer customers and does not apply to business customers purchasing for professional, commercial or resale purposes.
11. Returns and Refunds
11.1 If you validly withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs paid for the original shipment.
11.2 We will not reimburse supplementary delivery costs if you chose a delivery method more expensive than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us.
11.3 We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.
11.4 Unless we have agreed otherwise, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods in case of withdrawal.
11.5 You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
11.6 Returned goods must be sent to:

- goods made to your specifications;
- clearly personalised goods;
- custom-made or special-order products;
- cues personalised or modified on request, including cues with a changed leather tip or other customer-requested modification;
- billiard cloths or fabrics cut to size;
- billiard tables configured according to the customer’s specific request;
- spare parts ordered specifically on the customer’s behalf;
- products sourced specially from manufacturers or suppliers at the customer’s request;
- sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery;
- goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.
12.3 Where a product is excluded from the right of withdrawal, this will be indicated before order confirmation where applicable.
12.4 This section does not affect your rights in relation to faulty, damaged or non-conforming goods.
13. Faulty, Damaged or Non-Conforming Goods
13.1 If you are a consumer, you are entitled to the legal guarantee of conformity provided by applicable consumer law.
13.2 Under the legal guarantee, goods must conform to the contract, match their description, be fit for their ordinary purpose, and have the quality, durability and functionality normally expected for goods of the same type.
13.3 For consumer purchases within the European Union, the legal guarantee applies for 2 years from delivery, subject to applicable national law.
13.4 If the goods are faulty, damaged, incomplete or non-conforming, you should contact us as soon as possible at [email protected], providing:
- order number;
- description of the issue;
- photographs or videos, where useful;
- copy of the delivery document, if available.
13.5 Where the legal guarantee applies, you may be entitled to repair or replacement free of charge. If repair or replacement is impossible, disproportionate, not completed within a reasonable time, or causes significant inconvenience, you may be entitled to a price reduction or termination of the contract, according to applicable law.
13.6 Costs necessary to bring the goods into conformity, including reasonable shipping costs, will be borne by us where required by law.
13.7 Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, lack of maintenance, unauthorised modification, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, use of non-original parts, or use contrary to the product instructions is not covered by the legal guarantee, unless otherwise required by law.
13.8 Detailed information about the legal guarantee and any manufacturer’s commercial warranty is available in our Warranty page.
14. Business Customers
14.1 If you purchase goods for business, professional, commercial or resale purposes, you are not considered a consumer.
14.2 We reserve the right to refuse bulk orders, abnormal orders, orders intended for resale, or orders incompatible with our distribution policies.
14.3 Where we accept a bulk order, additional delivery costs, delivery times or payment conditions may apply. These will be communicated before order acceptance.
14.4 For business customers only, to the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the goods giving rise to the claim, except in cases of fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
15. Limitation of Liability
15.1 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by law.
15.2 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits your mandatory rights as a consumer.
15.3 We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity or loss of data, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
15.4 We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, customs delays, war, riots, government measures, pandemics, supplier failures, power failures, internet failures, courier disruptions or actions or omissions of third parties outside our reasonable control.
