Ho acquistato una stecca BULL CARBON, prodotto che sulla carta (e nella realtà) si presenta come un’eccellenza assoluta nel mondo del biliardo. La costruzione è impeccabile, i materiali sono di altissima qualità, e il feeling in mano è davvero professionale.
Il fodero MIRAI 3×5, solido ed elegante, completa un set di livello top.
Tuttavia, grande delusione per un dettaglio inaccettabile su un prodotto da 700€: l’assenza dei coprifiletti.
Un elemento fondamentale per la protezione della stecca, che costa pochissimo e dovrebbe essere automaticamente incluso in una dotazione di questo livello.
Questa mancanza, per me, rappresenta un punto a sfavore importante: perché va a intaccare proprio l’esperienza premium che ci si aspetta da un acquisto così impegnativo.
Mi sarei aspettato molta più cura verso il cliente da un brand che punta all’eccellenza.
