Description
Pechauer P18-R Pool Cue is designed for players who want a dark, elegant cue with distinctive aqua accents and refined decorative contrast. The cue is made from ebony-stained maple, giving it a deep ebony-tone appearance without indicating the use of real ebony.
The design is enriched by Aqua Exotic points and ivory-style diamonds framed with ebony-style outlines. In addition, the butt sleeve features matching inlays, creating a coordinated and polished look.
Ebony-Stained Maple Construction
The Pechauer P18-R features an ebony-stained maple body. This finish gives the cue a dark, refined, and professional appearance while keeping the construction based on maple.
It is important to note that ebony-stained refers to the color of the finish. Therefore, this cue is not made from real ebony.
Aqua Exotic Points
The cue includes Aqua Exotic points, adding a bright and distinctive color accent to the dark body. This aqua detail gives the cue a modern and recognizable identity while keeping the overall design elegant.
As a result, the P18-R stands out with a refined balance between dark maple, aqua color, and light decorative inlays.
Ivory-Style Diamonds with Ebony-Style Framing
The design is further enhanced by ivory-style diamonds framed with ebony-style outlines. These details create a clean contrast against the ebony-stained maple body and add refined visual structure.
Since the original specification states sim. Ivory and sim. Ebony, the accurate wording is ivory-style and ebony-style, not real ivory or real ebony.
Matching Butt Sleeve Inlays
The butt sleeve features matching inlays, continuing the same decorative language found in the forearm. This gives the cue a more complete and coordinated appearance.
Because of this detail, the Pechauer P18-R feels balanced from forearm to butt sleeve.
Black and White Irish Linen Wrap
The cue features a black and white Irish linen wrap, a traditional grip choice appreciated by many pool players. It provides a stable, comfortable, and classic feel during play.
In addition, the black and white wrap complements the dark ebony-stained maple body and the lighter decorative details.
Piloted Joint with Black Juma Collar
From a technical point of view, the Pechauer P18-R features a Piloted joint with a Black Juma joint collar. This setup provides a stable and precise connection between butt and shaft.
The cue also uses a Pechauer Speed JT pin, designed for fast and secure assembly. The .850 joint size completes the technical setup with professional Pechauer construction.
10–12 Inch Pro Taper and Jade Medium Tip
The cue comes with a standard Pechauer Jade Medium tip, designed to provide a balanced mix of cue ball control, feel, and energy transfer.
The 10–12 inch Pro Taper supports a smooth and familiar stroke. Therefore, the Pechauer P18-R is suitable for players looking for control, stability, and consistent pool performance.
