Exceed Cues: Unmatched Quality and Innovation for Professional Players

Exceed is renowned as one of the top cue producers in the industry, with a reputation for creating premium handcrafted cues. As the manufacturer of Mezz cues, Exceed has set the standard for superior craftsmanship and cutting-edge technology, making them a preferred choice for players seeking both performance and aesthetic appeal.

Butt Technology: Power Core Innovation

One of the standout features of Exceed Cues is the introduction of the exclusive Power Core technology. This innovative system aims to achieve the highest levels of functionality, durability, and design. Exceed applies the Cross Power Core method for Irish linen or leather wraps and utilizes the Dual Power Core method for wood grips, ensuring maximum stability and durability in every cue.

Basics of the Power Core Technology

The Power Core method involves a solid, one-piece rod that extends from the joint to the butt end. This rod serves as the core, working in harmony with the forearm, grip, and butt sleeve. As a result, the Power Core technology not only prevents wood warping but also enhances the strength of the butt, providing a solid, consistent hitting sensation for players.

Shaft Technology: The EX Pro Shaft

Exceed Cues incorporates EX Pro Shaft technology, which is designed to provide optimal performance. The shaft features a 470mm (18.5-inch) two-step carbon fiber rod at the bottom end, offering increased power and uniform stiffness throughout. Furthermore, the new EX Front-End Technology mimics the natural feel of a traditional shaft while reducing deflection. When paired with the Zan Plus S cue tip, the EX Pro taper enhances cue ball action for greater control and accuracy.

EX Front-End Technology

The EX Front-End Technology is a groundbreaking design that consists of three layers: the NX ferrule, maple wood, and a carbon pipe. Additionally, the front end core includes 15cm (5.9 inches) of maple and lightweight foam. This innovative construction reduces deflection when striking the cue ball, enabling players to achieve greater power, spin accuracy, and precision control.

Dual Power Core and Cross Power Core Technologies

Exceed Cues also incorporates Dual Power Core and Cross Power Core technologies to optimize performance.

• Dual Power Core Technology utilizes a double-layered wooden core that ensures optimal weight, balance, and stability, even when working with heavy exotic woods. This enhances the durability and provides a solid hitting feel while showcasing the natural wood grains and rich colors of the cue.
• Cross Power Core Technology consists of four pieces of wood in the handle section, each cut in a wavy shape and tightly adhered. This construction improves the durability and stability of the cue, delivering more power and a solid hitting sensation. Cues featuring this technology are available with either Irish linen or leather wraps.
